You agree to use Breeew for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not engage in any conduct that may interfere with or disrupt the functionality of Breeew or compromise its security.

You agree not to:

• Use Breeew to transmit, distribute, or store any material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or harmful to others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Breeew, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
• Use any automated means or scripts to access or interact with Breeew, unless expressly authorized by us.

3. Intellectual Property

Breeew and its content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Breeew without our prior written consent.

By using Breeew, you do not acquire any ownership rights to the intellectual property of Breeew or any third-party materials displayed on Breeew.

Upon termination, your right to access and use Breeew will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Breeew regarding your use of Breeew and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
